Transfer of Orenosv.com Products to Kousec Software, Inc.
Starting from May 2009, sales and distribution of shareware products and freeware offered from Orenosv.com will be gradually transfered to Kousec Software, Inc.
What are possible impact to existing customers?
We anticipate no impact on existing customers.
- All email contacts will be retained and will be handled by Kousec Software including technical support.
- Support and free upgrade contracts, both included in respective product or purchased separately, will remain in effect and Kousec Software, Inc. will execute actions as described in the contracts.
- The transition will occur transparently requiring no customer's actions.
What about future product enhancements?
Depending on customers inputs, an Orenosv.com product or freeware will either 1) be upgraded to a new major version and marketed under Kousec Software brand, 2) remain as an Orenosv.com brand product or freeware, or 3) be offered as a freeware or open source software.

Sales by Orenosv.com was run by Mitsuo Kataoka, D.B.A. Orenosv.com. Masato Kataoka is the author of all software and most documentation and he founded Kousec Software to acquire all sales responsibilities to better serve our customers. Kousec Software will ensure that future product roadmap and customer technical support will meet customers expectations.
